Zorvo · Privacy Statement

Our approach to handling your personal information
Effective: 25 January 2026
01
Information We Gather

We collect only the data necessary to deliver a reliable and efficient service. The following categories are processed:

  • Account details — email address and username, provided by you during registration.
  • Device telemetry — hardware model, operating system version, app build, and diagnostic logs.
  • User-supplied material — any files, images, or textual content you explicitly submit.
  • Connection metadata — anonymised IP address and network type for troubleshooting.

Sensitive information such as precise location, biometrics, or health data is never collected without your explicit, revocable consent.

02
Why We Process Your Data

Your information serves these clearly defined purposes:

  • Providing and sustaining all core features of the Service.
  • Detecting and resolving technical faults promptly.
  • Addressing your support requests and sending essential notifications.
  • Maintaining platform security, preventing misuse, and complying with legal duties.

We do not sell, lease, or repurpose your data for advertising, profiling, or any commercial use.

03
When We Share Information

Limited disclosure occurs only under these strict conditions:

  • With authorised vendors (hosting, analytics) who are contractually bound to maintain confidentiality.
  • When compelled by law, judicial order, or a valid governmental request.
  • To protect the rights, property, or safety of Zorvo, its users, or the general public.
  • In connection with a merger, acquisition, or asset transfer — with advance notice to you.
04
Storage and Protection

We retain your data only for as long as required for the purposes stated in this document, or as mandated by applicable law. Once retention is no longer necessary, we permanently delete or irreversibly anonymise the information.

We employ industry‑standard safeguards: TLS 1.3 encryption for data in transit, AES‑256 for stored data, restricted access permissions, and routine security assessments. While we strive for the highest protection, no internet‑based system is completely invulnerable. Accounts that remain inactive for 12 consecutive months are automatically anonymised.

05
Your Data Rights

Depending on your jurisdiction (including GDPR, CCPA, and LGPD), you may be entitled to the following rights:

  • Access — request a copy of your personal data.
  • Rectification — correct any inaccurate or incomplete details.
  • Erasure — ask for deletion, subject to legal exceptions.
  • Restriction — limit certain processing activities.
  • Portability — obtain a structured, machine‑readable export.
  • Objection — challenge processing based on legitimate interests.
  • Withdrawal — revoke your consent at any time.

To exercise these rights, please contact us using the details provided below. We aim to respond within 30 days.

06
Children's Privacy

Zorvo is not directed at individuals under 13 years of age (or the relevant age of digital consent in your region). We do not knowingly collect personal data from minors. If we discover that such information has been inadvertently gathered, we will delete it without delay. Parents or guardians who believe their child has provided us with personal data may contact us to request removal.

07
International Transfers

Your data may be processed in countries outside your own, including the United States and EU member states. We ensure that appropriate safeguards — such as the Standard Contractual Clauses approved by the European Commission — are in place. You may request further information about these measures by contacting us.

08
Updates to This Statement

We may revise this Privacy Statement periodically. Significant changes will be communicated through in‑app notices or email. The effective date shown at the top indicates the most recent version. Your continued use of Zorvo after changes take effect signifies your acceptance of the updated terms. We encourage you to review this document from time to time.
